Jun 12, 2015 9:24 AM in response to MyChemGD1234by ChrisJ4203,Just as an FYI, the information you have been provide will deal with the activation lock, however the SIM PIN message you received is something unrelated. Once you get the activation lock off the device, you will need to get the SIM PIN from the carrier you go the SIM from. They control that.

Jun 12, 2015 9:31 AM in response to Courcoulby MyChemGD1234,I put back the old sim, but now have the same problem. It says I need to activate the phone, and then I get the "server error". Connecting to a computer doesn't help neither. It again says "type in the pin", but there is no space to type it in.
