Q: problem withProblem System Launch Agents,Problem System Launch Daemons

Just bought a slightly used early 2014 macbook air 13"  running Yosemite. restored files via crashplan from a defunct 2012 macbook air running Mavericks. 2 problems : Safari quits after several minutes of use- can be reopened. and can't open the Privacy &Security section of system preferences. I checked for adware- none. reset permissions and verified the disc- its appears fine.  But no help. Then downloaded EtreCheck it reported these problems:

Problem System Launch Agents: ℹ️

    [failed]    com.apple.bird.plist

    [failed]    com.apple.SocialPushAgent.plist

Problem System Launch Daemons: ℹ️

    [failed]    com.apple.mtrecorder.plist

Launch Daemons: ℹ️

    [failed]    com.apple.spirecorder.plist

What should I do?

thank you

I contacted Apple support last night, and in the end reinstalled the os. That did not work. Today I took it ot the local Apple store and the tech identified the problem as a corruption with the security &privacy section of the system preferences in my daughter's user account (but not in the other user admin account) . They tried another os reinstall without success and then deleted that user account (I had everything backed up) and did a reinstall wiich solved the problem. They created a new user with same name and I restored all the files, except system sfiles to this new user folder. So far so good.

Thanks you all for your help.
