PDFs across devices
why aren't my PDFs available across both my devices? ipad mini and iPhone 6

PDFs (and epubs from other sites/stores) in the iBooks app are not stored in the cloud, only ibooks bought from the iBookstore will show (whilst they remain in the store) in the cloud for redownloading - you have to sync/copy them onto each device/computer that you want them on.
