USB TROUBLE CINTIQ MACBOOK PRO

I recently updated my Mid 2014 macbook pro Retina 15" Nvidia GT750M to 10.10.3 form 10.10.2.

I am having USB trouble communicating with my Wacom 27" Cintiq display control panel.

Wacom Tech support suggests re-installing the 10.10.3 update.

How can I Re-Install 10.10.3 update?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3)

nothing fixed this issue. Wacom could not help either. you can not control the wacom screen preferences with a 15' MACBOOK PRO MID 2014 as listed above.
