apps will not update after hard drive replacement

Greetings:

I recently had the hard drive on my Macbook Pro replaced by Apple. A notice appeared telling me that updates are available for Keynote, Numbers, Pages, and iMovie. However, when I log in to download them the interface reports that the updates are already assigned to another user. The old Hard Drive had Mavericks and the new one has Yosemite if that matters. I have tried both my business and personal ID with no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?
