Hey varanicux,

In order to download and install the applications, follow the directions on this page -

You have to login to the App Store using the same Apple ID that you used to setup the iPhone when you first got it.
Can Apple support help me to find this'll apple Id?

I Haven't found it. I could use only 2 of my apple ids when I bought my iphone, but there are both without free iWork
Call the Apple Support, if your phone is new you should have free support. Or go to your nearest Apple Store and talk to an Apple Genius! they will help you.
That's impossible. I live in Ukraine and there are no Apple Stores here(
