Rights for Iphone emojis and ringtone?

First off, I've had a huge problem deciding which category to put my question in, but it feels like development is the most relevant category:
Me and a couple of others have "developed" (well, made) an independent short film. In that movie, we use some standard iphone sms sounds, and some standard iphone emojis. This is not a commercial movie, but we'd like to send it to film festivals e.t.c, and to do that, we need to know if Apple thinks it's OK. My question is, where should I ask them this question? The emails I've found online have always been apple support emails, and if I've understood correctly, you should only mail those if you have a problem with one of their products or similar. Where do I mail apple about this question? Any ideas?
