deauthorize computers when have no access to them

i need to deauthorize all 5 computers, however, have no access to them. how do i do that. the use case arose, in that these have been work computers, and i usually get a new one every year, install itunes, then forget about the deauthorization. Now I have a new computer and can't use iTunes
