Q: The file we received contains misaligned text and/or images.

I've been trying to print a book 3 times and keep getting this message 3 days later in the mail:

The file we received contains misaligned text and/or images. As a result, Apple is unable to process your order and you will not be charged.
Before submitting a new order, we have some suggestions for correcting the issue:
1. Update your software.
2. Locate the misaligned text and/or images in the project and make adjustments.
3. Preview your Photos, iPhoto or Aperture product in a PDF format as that is the best means by which you can see how the project will appear in its physical format.
4. If the images and text appear as normal in the PDF, please place your order again.
If the issue persists, please contact Apple Online Store Customer Support at 1-800-MyApple.

I updated my software and checked the PDF version of the book and see no issues.
Support can't identify the problem...
Any ideas?
