Jun 13, 2015 10:32 AM in response to LACI14by ChrisJ4203,This is a popup scam. Double-tap on the home button and swipe upwards on the thumbnail for Safari to force close it. Then go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data. That should take care of it.

Jun 16, 2015 3:36 PM in response to LACI14by Bolan36,I Had this happen to me today 6/16/15. My # to call was a 1(855) so I was suspicious from the get go. I called and questioned them and kept saying this sounds like a scam to me. He asked for my name and I only gave him my first. He then asked for my email addy so he could address the problem. I laughed and gave him a false addy and he said he detected the problem...I downloaded a virus on my iPhone. I have an iPad and it would cost me $49.99 to remove it. I laughed at him and hung up. Then I did what everyone else did and it took care of the problem.
