Q: how do i refund stuff?

i bought a couple of albums and realized they were the wrong versions, and i also just wanted to get a little money back off of stupid apps i got a long long time ago. Does anyone know how and if i can restore purchases?

You can try contacting iTunes support and asking for an exception, but they under no obligation to do so.
