Q: screen locked

Screen locked on a song, tried holding buttons down, also plugged it into computer by not respond. Worked fine yesterday but when we turned it on today the sound wouldn't work but everything else worked fine after checking a few things the screen has now locked.

Hi kerryfrombangor,

If your iPod is not responding you may need to reset it. The article linked below details how to go about doing this in order to restore functionality to your iPod.
