I am unable to change my country location and update my address and Lyme details on iPhone 5S and iPad 2. Screen doesn't allow me to chg country? Any suggestions plse

GGood morning. When we moved to Australia I changed my details. Then last week changed it back to New Zealand as I wanted to be able to watch something that was location blocked. Now I am wanting to change it back to Australia and it simply won't allow me to do it. When I go to the screen to change country it refuses to give me a list of countries. I have tried putting in my New Zealand details and credit card but it doesn't like that, so have tried with my Australia details. Still doesn't like that,

because of of this I now can't do updates through the App Store on either my uphone or my iPad 2.

IS there anyone who can help please?

Hello there seamonsterdancing,

As far as I understand you are unable to change the country of your Apple ID for some reason. First I would quit the Settings app:

iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.

Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

Swipe the app up to close it.

When you have done that restart the device and test the issue again:

iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

If that doesn't allow you to proceed with changing the country, there may be another reason that you can't and this article may shed some light on it:

Can't change the country of your iTunes Store, App Store, iBooks Store, or Mac App Store account
