Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that your iPhone has been restarting recently and now you are unable to get it to turn back on. In this situation, I would suggest reading over and working through the information provided in the following article.

If your iOS device restarts, displays the Apple logo, or powers off while you're using it - Apple Support
