Log out of your User's account and log into Guest.
Open Safari from the Dock and try loading the sites that are crashing.
If they load without issue, the problem is in your User's folder.
I would start by disabling extensions in Safari Preferences.
Next try trashing Safari cache files.
Safari > Preferences
Extensions >disable extensions
If you add back be sure you have the latest version.
Delete cache folder Navigate to ~/Library/Caches (this is the Library folder inside your user folder)
Drag the folder com.apple.Safari to the trash.
Quit then relaunch Safari.
Reset Safari Although you’ll lose some potentially valuable stored data, this very simple procedure can resolve the crashing issue in some cases. Simply go to Safari > Reset Safari (in the Safari menu bar) and check all items. (newer versions of Safari this is Clear History and Web site data...)
Show User's Library
The User's Library folder is hidden by default. To unhide: Select the Finder in the Dock. Under Go in the Menu bar > hold down the Option key and you’ll see the Library.
