Q: Purchased Apple devices not showing in Apple account history

Can someone tell me where Apple stores all the devices I have purchased directly from the Apple Store? It shows the apps, iTunes songs, accessories for my iPad, etc. but I have had to buy FIVE iPod shuffles in the past 4 years due to defective battery recharge issues, including 3 new iPod shuffle devices just since May of 2014 and the Apple phone support says they only show 1 silver colored iPod shuffle purchased in February of 2013. That is ridiculous. The current one I have is red, I just bought it from the Apple Store three months ago and it is Red colored and it is clearly the device I have been downloading all of my iTunes into, yet the Apple phone support was worthless. Help?

Hardware isn't shown in the same list as software. Hardware is purchased in the apple store; software from the iTunes/app store - two different things.

You can register your hardware here:

    https://supportprofile.apple.com/

If you purchased a new product (not a warranty exchange) directly from the Apple store, it should show up there automatically; if not, you can add it. Once it is beyond the warranty period, there isn't much urgency to have it listed any longer.
