i changed the font and page sizes on iWeb but when i publish they go back to the original sizes

I changed the page size and fonts along with the size of the photos. But when I publish the photos and fonts go back to the original on the website.

Clear your browser's cache (Command+Option+E for Safari) and reload the page. You'll need to first enable the Developer menu in Safari's Advanced preference pane.
