iCloud account

When establishing my iCloud account on my iPhone 4, I mistyped the email address using.cpm rather than .com.

Needless to say, I cannot verify the account because the email does not exist. I have a new iPhone 6 on the way and want to be able to transfer everything seamlessly from the 4 to the 6.

Anyone with an idea?

Hi Aprill.hastings,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

I understand that you created your Apple ID with a typo and now cannot verify the account. To fix this situation, you can edit the misspelled Apple ID into the correct spelling. Please use the information in the attached article to log in with the incorrect spelling and then edit the Apple ID to the correct spelling.
