How to remove an adware from safari ipad?

I am having a problem with my safari in my ipad.

I got an adware and do not know how to remove it. I have been searching but I could not find any answer that could fix it.

The malware / adware it is an irritating popup text about " WIN AN IPHONE / IPAD" and directs to one website and bug Safari.

I cleaned cookies and etc but did not work.

Please, do someone knows what to do?

it may take a little detective work. Did you recently install any apps? Especially free apps? If so they may be the source of your ads.

It's possible that you picked up a bad website's cookie. So force quit safari, double tap the home button, flick the preview for safari up and off the screen. Then press the home button to exit the mode. Then go into the settings, safari and throw away not only your cookies but your history as well.
