Q: iPod gen4 stuck in Apple icon mode

My iPod 4th generation is stuck in Apple icon mode. It has been charging all night and I cannot get it to work. Solution?

Hi Joseph,

To troubleshoot this issue where your iPod is stuck on an Apple logo, I'd like you to please follow the steps in the article linked to below.

iPod only shows an Apple logo and doesn't start up - Apple Support
