My iphone 6 Randomly switches on and off

Hello

I am using I phone 6 with latese IOS version 8.3 since yesterday my iphone switches off and on randomly after every one hour. I force closed all the apps and force restarted my iphone also ( Keep pressing the power and home button for 10 secs) Still the same problem exists. Only last option left is reset to factory settings. Before that I just want to check with you for any solution. Please help as soon as possbile, as I got the phone 6 last 5 months back.
