Why are there blue lines in my iPhone 5c charger ?

OK so today my charger was working fine and the. Now all of a sudden there are blue lines in my charger. So I try blowing my phone charger nothing happens so when i plug in my phone it says this cable or accessories is not suitable for this iPhone please help me figure this out.
