Hello.
Today the stock from the notification center on my iMac is disappeared.
Also I can't find it on extensions in system preferences.
What do I do to fix it?
iMac, OS X Yosemite (10.10.3), 27-inch Intel Quad-Core i7 2.93GHz 8GB 2TB
Okay.Here's what I have to do.
GO to System Preferences > Users > Right Click on your Name > Advanced Options > and refresh your UUID
And restart my mac.
How do I right click on my name and advanced options appear?
And what's UUID and how do I refresh it?

You must unlock the padlock that is located on the bottom left of the window to make changes. Judging by your pic, you neglected to do that.

Restarted the iMac and now I still can't see the stock on my notification center!!!
Make sure you have "Stocks" checked if you have not already done so.
It's not there!
If "Stocks" is not listed in the actual Notification program in the right column for you to add (+), you can custom install the Stock widget by getting it from the App Store or from Apple's widget website.

I do not know the name of the default Widget other than the word Stocks. If it had another name, that would be the name in Dashboard & Notifications. Try doing a Google search for it.
Another suggestion would be for you to install the OS X Yosemite 10.10.3 Combo Update, repair permissions after the installation and restart your computer.
A Yosemite knowledgeable user will need to chime in here to let you know if you can custom install Yosemite default applications/programs w/o installing the Combo Update.
