Hi,
We can repeat the known instructions or point you to them as Eric has done.
However if you can gives us the details of the process you are attempting in as much details as possible we might spot where things are getting stuck.
For instance if the issue is that you are trying to launch the App from the Dock icon but nothing is happening we need to know that.
If it is further in such as the app launches but you can't enter the Apple ID and get past that stage we need to know.
