Jun 15, 2015 10:06 AM in response to DanAmandaby rkaufmann87,The green light indicated the keyboard has power, it will not stay illuminated. Therefore your keyboard appears to be working perfectly.

They want me to check my settings on the computer, but without the keyboard being able to connect I cannot log into it to check anything. I'm stuck at the home screen unable to log in.

Jun 15, 2015 10:20 AM in response to DanAmandaby rkaufmann87,Use a USB keyboard, if you don't have one then either borrow or buy one. They are inexpensive. It isn't a bad idea to always have one on-hand in the event of future wireless keyboard problems. Once you have the USB keyboard then begin the troubleshooting.
