Q: when viewing youtube films or films I shot, the screen turns black but the voices are still there

It happened to me twice and only rebooting can resolve the problem.

at the first time, when I just purchased iPhone 6 plus (64 GB, IOS 8.3 version) and tried to watch the video I just shot，the screen was not responsive when I tapped it, and the filmstrip window became black and arrows along side the filmstrip froze as well.

the second time, when I tried to watch youtube video clips, I can only hear sounds but the screen was totally black.

I would like to know if this is a program bug or I should bring in my iPhone for a checkup or exchange?
