Q: Update error message

I tried installing the new update for iTunes on my Windows computer. I keep getting an error message that says, "iTunes.exe - Entry Point Not Found. The procedure entry point CMTimeRangeMakeFromDictionary could not be located in the dynamic link library CoreMedia.dill." It won't let me open iTunes. It won't let me uninstall it to try and reinstall. I can't use iTunes at all. How do I fix this?
