    On the iPhone go to Settings->iTunes & App Store->Apple ID->View Apple ID->Country/Region.

     

    2 things to note:

    1. You must not have any balance left on your account when attempting the change.

    2. You will need to provide a valid payment method for the country you are changing to. That means a Valid credit card issued in that country, with a valid billing address in that country.

    3. You may need to be physically present in the country of the store you are attempting to use.
