HI everyone
first of all my iphone 5 lock screen button doesn't work and suddenly the screen turned to white without any accessing of doing anything nothing is working
how could i fix this issue :/ 😢
Normally, you would perform a reset on the device to see if it will respond. However, with a non-functioning sleep/wake button, that is impossible. You can do a search here on the forum. There are a couple of recommendations for how to do it with software. The only other alternative is to let the battery die down, and then plug the device in and hope for the best.
