my macbook crashes every day

Question

Problem description:Hey, ive been having this problem for a couple months now ever since i upgrade from 10.6 to 10.8. i took it in to a repair shop and requested they fix the crashing and sai not to upgrade to yosemite....they upgraded....100$ later I&#x27;m still having this issue. now looking to fix the problem myself.
