Q: Airplay disappeared since ios 8 updates!!

Help!! Since I restored my apple tv to factory settings with latest updates & updated my iphone5s to ios 8.3 my airplay function on my phone no longer exists & cannot use my apple tv!! No problems before. How do I fix this please? I have unplugged everything, made sure airplay is selected on apple tv, turned conference on, my phone doesn't even pick up the apple tv through bluetooth anymore. I have reset router, restarted phone multiple times. Frustrated!!!
