I bought the Apple Earpods 12 days ago and I don't know if it's because I've been using them excessively over these past couple days but the right earbud stopped working. It's within 14 days so can I get a refund on these?

I bought the Apple Earpods 12 days ago and I don't know if it's because I've been using them excessively over but the right earbud stopped working. They look fine and nothing is off about them physically. At first, it would work if I moved and held the earbud in a certain position but now it just stopped working altogether. This has happened before with previous Apple Earpods but never as fast as a mere 12 days... And I believe that since it is still within 14 days so can I get a refund on these?

@Modular 747

Does that include items that may have suffered damage or failed or must the return item be in perfect condition

The Terms & Conditions in US state ..

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

..The OP's earpods are faulty or damaged

My post above

Apple accessories come with a 12 month warranty ,against manufacturing defects ,but not for misuse by user

take them to an Apple store genius barand they will review the situation for you, warranty or return

is hardly implying anything but thanks for interpreting my comments i'll remember to check my responses with you in future with your wealth of experience and mind reading skills

??? I never discussed the warranty or your post about it

The OP specifically asked about the 14 day refund policy, not the warranty. I addressed that in my 1st post here. You then made a 2nd post about the return policy, quoting Apple again, suggesting that the earbuds were "faulty or damaged", and not in "perfect condition", possibly disqualifying for refund. No telepathic abilities are needed for interpretation.
