the problem is, my brother ipod touch has been hack with other people.my brother already change the password but after that her can't open the ipod..her say the ipod has rested and link with other people..so i should i do to solve this problem?? thank you.

Is a different ID no listed in Settings>iCloud?
Just what did your brother do?
Did you do something that a Message or email asked him to do?
If your brother/family is the original purchaser of the iPod and have proof of purchase then Apple can help
