Uninvited and irrelevant iCloud messages

To my knowledge, I have not joined iCloud, and prefer to keep things simple, as before, but I continue to receive messages in groups of about 60 or so as below. I can see on Discussions that others have a similar problem and all this is VERY UN Mac Is anyone doing anything to cure this. Also can I reload my present system 10.7.5 Help
