Q: No sound during calls but speaker is working fine for other applications? What are the possible causes?

The only help I can find is about poor quality of sound during calls. My issue is that I near NOTHING during calls and the recipient can hear NOTHING. The speakers are working fine for music. No ports or speakers are blocked. What could the issue be?

Settings?
