Where is my iTunes Summary page located, I cannot locate iTunes?

On your iPhone 4s it is the Music app for music and the Videos app for movies. On your computer it is the iTunes application in your Dock or applications folder. If this isn't what you were asking you need to describe the problem in more detail.
