I received an email saying that the credit card associated with my apple ID credit card was updated, but I did not update it. What happened

It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message to Apple.
The link below has information to help identify fraudulent emails.
Contact Apple ASAP Dont do anything with a link in the email click on it etc..... It most likely is a Virus and somebody is trying to get into your computer......
