That's not an "issue". If the battery is solid black behind the thunderbolt, then it is fully charged. That's just the way it works in Yosemite.

I appreciate your help but my issue is even if I plug out a charger from the system the battery icon so always charging symbol. When I am not charging. Can you please help me how to trouble shooting? Or how to fix this issue?

first of all i would like to thank you for helping me on this issue. well i have done all the possible trouble shooting from my end found nothing changes. i have done resetting SMC,PRAM and NVRAM. Is there any option that i can fix my macbook,and now i have notice that it take a lots of time to complete full charge i,e max 8 hours to complete full charge. please help to fix this issue.
What does System Report say about your battery cycle count and health?
That looks perfectly normal to me, I have no idea why your menu bar always indicates that it's charging. You've reset the SMC so try resetting the PRAM How to Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support After that I wouldn't know what else to suggest.
I don't know if it's something to worry about or not but it isn't normal. If you're concerned I'd recommend that you make an appointment and take it to the nearest Apple Store or AASP and have them take a look at it.

I have done the step procedure but no changes found and the issue is still persisting the same.
Have you tried a different user account? Does it always show charging in a different account?
Try resetting the SMC 2-3 times, sometimes it takes more than once. Also reset the PRAM again just to be sure. Try opening your Energy Saver preference pane and turning off "show battery status in menu bar" then restart and turn it back on. Can you post a screen shot of the same window as before but this time with the charger disconnected? I want to see if the info window indicates a charger connected when it isn't.

What I was hoping for was a picture of the same window you had open in your first screen shot, System Information-Power. Have you tried another user account?
I have done using defferent account and also checked but i can only see the same problem. well you want me to screen short the power preferences without connecting the charger?
