i can't get new email and safari not working
i can't get new email and safari not working, but firefox is working.
iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
If your Mac is running v10.6.8 as your profile suggests, that could be part of the problem. v10.6 Snow Leopard is a very outdated Mac operating system and because of that Apple has not provided updates for several years > Apple signals end to OS X Snow Leopard support.
If your email account is web based, meaning you are not using the pre installed Mac Mail app, since you're having issues with Safari, then you may not be able to access your email via Safari.
