Bootcamp windows 8 audio and internet problems

HI just bootcamped my new macbook pro retina 13" 2015 (windows8) the bootcamp works but the audio (speakers doesn't but when I plug in headphones it works!) and a red light in the headphone jack glows?

The internet doesn't work to. And when tried to plug the computer to a another display Via hdmi didn't it work.

so would really appreciate if I could get some help because I have tried for days to make it work without any success !
