Q: The speaker sound muffled

When listening youtube videos the sound coming from the speakers isn't clear. It sounds muffled and barely audible

Hi Lawren70,

If you are having an issue with poor sound quality from the speakers of your iPoad, I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

Hi Brett L,

I did already follow that step. I read a lot of responses on the community pages as well. I even reset the setting, but to no avail. The software is also up to day (IOS 8.3). The quality of the sound is perfectly fine when line is in mode, but the quality of the sound is horrible when the line is out. Music and youtube video sounds are barely audible.
