My Ipod is not being recognized by my computer. It searches for drivers then just stops. What should I do?
I just picked up a 3rd generation Ipod from Bookoo.com When I plug it into my computer it says searching for drivers then that notification goes away and it goes no further. The device is not recognized at all but the computer makes the bing bing noise when it is plugged in. What should I do?
