Mouse and keyboard won't work after loading up windows. It's already installed and good to go . When it ask to sign in it won't let me type or move . They're both usb and not Appel products

my mouse and keyboard won't work when I load up windows 7. they worked for the installation but when it ask to sign in they won't work. I used a ipad mini Bluetooth keyboard when I was restarting one point and that will let it type on the sign in. My mouse and keyboard are both usb . This is a Mac mini. I'm not really Mac savi so if you have an answer can you explain a s best as you can. thanks
