Cloning Windows 7 using Disk Utility

I am trying to utilize Disk Utility to clone 1 hdd to another. I have a dual port SATA dock and OSX Yosemite 10.10.3. On the old hdd there are 3 partitions; System_DRV, Lenovo_Recovery, and Windows7_OS. I have 2 (nearly identical) PCs one of which had a hard drive fail so I am trying to clone the working hard drive to a newly bought hard drive to be able to use both machines. I do not have an install CD. FYI, the drives are formatted in NTFS-3G

The first time I tried this, I cloned only the windows7_OS partition. Upon installation, the PC did not boot, the screen just stayed black with a blinking underscore.

I then tried to plug both hdd into the same PC and create a backup of the working drive, onto the new drive. (still not readable by the other PC)

I tried erasing the drive and reformatting it to have 3 partitions, I restored each of the working partitions to each of the newly created partitions. This did not work either.

Anyone have any ideas/suggestions??
