Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
I understand that you sent two albums as iTunes Gifts and they have yet to be received. When you send the gift, you should be prompted to select what day to send the gift. If you went through all of those steps as usual and the gifts have still not gone though, you may want to try resending the iTunes Gifts.
