When i make a call with my iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 8.3), my voice comes out of my speaker. The person I am calling can hear me fine, but I only hear my voice coming out. I tried bluetooth, headphones, no luck. Phone works fine when I receive a call. Both of our phones were purchased the same day.

After I dial a number (or use favorites) I never hear a dialing - just noise from my mic coming out of the speaker.

Hello sdarnelson,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communties.
I am not certain what might be going on for you to not hear sounds from the speaker on outgoing calls. I have a couple of articles for you to take a look at to sort out the issue.
If your voice is too faint or sounds unclear using iPhone, or iPod touch - Apple Support
If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone - Apple Support
If your headset isn't working - Apple Support
If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

TThe problem has been solved. Turns out the issue was ATT had an island wide (Hawaii) outage. No one could make calls. We could receive them but when we tried to call all we could hear out of our speaker was our own voice. The people we called could hear us. we could receive calls from folks off island and the. Everything worked but we could make any calls to folks on island or back to the mainland.
