Q: Sound problems iPhone 6

cannot hear the person phoning they can hear me when they phone back its fine also happens sometimes when I phone them tried rebooting any suggestions please it's doesn't happen all the time

iPad (3rd gen) Wi-Fi, iOS 7.1.1

I understand that while on calls, you are not able to hear the other person, but they can hear you. To troubleshoot this situation, I would suggest reading over the attached article and working through the suggested steps within.

If you can't hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound quality is poor on iPhone - Apple Support
