Q: how i disable switch control switch

My IPhone5S,OS is 8.3

Detect the switch control and IPhone is scanning left to right and up
down

Phone is not accessed any touch

Writing on screen “Switch Control Cannot Locate Your Face”

I understand that Switch Control is activated on your iPhone and you would like to turn it off. For information on using Switch Control, please read over the following attached article.

Turn off Switch Control: Use any scanning method to select Settings > General > Accessibility > Switch Control.
