REMOVING SYNCED PHOTOS AND SYNC OTHER PHOTOS TO PC?!?!

Okay. I have a few albums that I had synced onto my iPhone and now I want them off but don't know how and also I have my pictures that I would like to sync onto my PC (Windows) from iTunes and it doesn't give me the option to sync any photos. I have iCloud sync off and don't want it. I'd like to sync everything via iTunes, the old fashioned way. Can anyone help?!?!

Hello jenniferdrolph,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.

If I understand your post correctly, you are trying to take photos off of your iPhone which were synced to it from iTunes. If this is the case, then to remove the photos you will simply need to deselect those items from the iTunes syncing window.

Delete synced photos

  1. In iTunes, locate and click on your device.
  2. Click Photos.
  3. Choose "Selected albums" and deselect the albums or collections you want to delete.
To delete all synced photos, deselect "Sync Photos from" and, when asked, click "Remove photos."
  4. Click Apply.

For your photos that you took on your iPhone that you want to import to your computer, you will need to follow the process in the article below based on the computer you are using.
