Carplay not working on my Pioneer 4100 NEX

I had a Pioneer 4100 NEX installed today. When I plugged my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.3 into the deck it will not activate CarPlay. I can plug in other iPhones and it works fine. I have called Pioneer and they say it is a iPhone issues. I have reset my phone and it still won't work, but others iPhones work fine. Apparently there must be a setting of something on my iPhone that is not correct. Can anyone please help?
